Due to how the Ripple/XRP system works if you are ordering your XRP to a completely new wallet, to activate the wallet you will need to fund it with a minimum amount of 20 XRP.
This is a fundamental aspect of how Ripple works and we have no control over this.
How long will it take for my Ripple to arrive?
As soon as we confirm your order and receive payment we will send your XRP. The vast majority of Ripple transactions usually take as little as 1-2 minutes to arrive in your wallet, though allow for up to 10-15 minutes from the time we notify you your order is completed just to be on the safe side.
How long will my bank payment take to arrive?
If you are sending your payment from a UK based bank account with Faster Payments, the payment should arrive in our account within seconds/minutes.
Please note however that sometimes your bank/payment service may conduct a check on the payment before sending, and the payment could take up to two hours on average if this happens.
What fees do you charge?
We currently charge a small percentage based fee to cover administration and supply costs.
What is Ripple (XRP)?
Ripple (XRP) is a crypto-currency designed to facilitate fast and secure payments. Ripple is now the 3rd biggest crypto-currency in the world by market cap. You can find out more about Ripple/XRP on the official Ripple website.
Can I buy Ripple using PayPal?
We currently do not accept payments via PayPal due to the high risk of fraud/payment reversals. This is unlikely to change in the immediate future.
Can I buy Ripple using a credit card/debit card?
We currently do not accept payments via credit card or debit card in the UK due to the risk of fraud, but this is a something we will continue to monitor and may accept payments via this method in the near future.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Currently the minimum order quantity is 100 Ripple/XRP.
Do you have a maximum order amount?
Currently the maximum order quantity is 1,000 Ripple/XRP, though get in touch for large orders and we should be able to help facilitate your requirements.
How to create a Ripple wallet
You need a Ripple/XRP wallet to store your XRP in. There are various types of wallets available: hardware wallets, software, wallets at exchanges and more.
You should note that Ripple wallets usually require a minimum of a 20 XRP reserve to fund them for the first time.
Once you have a Ripple wallet you can place an order on our site and we can send you XRP, including the 20 XRP needed to reserve the wallet if it is required.
Do you accept international orders?
At present we only accept orders from the UK and payment via a UK bank account.
Do you accept SEPA/EU bank transfers?
In the future we may expand to accept orders from Ireland, then the rest of the EU, with SEPA payments.
